National Museum of the Pacific War Sets Attendance Record

Congratulations to everyone involved in the operation of the National Museum of the Pacific War on setting new attendance records in 2010! According to Betsy Wogan, controller/CFO for the Admiral Nimitz Foundation, total museum attendance was recorded at 120,000, of which 106,000 were paid admissions. The other 14,000 included WWII vets, school groups and other complimentary admissions. Another 8,500 visited the site for public programs and rentals, such as weddings and meetings. Re-enactments drew 12,500 to the museum complex. The grand total for all functions in 2010 was 141,300. Outstanding job!
