LIVING HISTORY DEMONSTRATIONS AT PIONEER MUSEUM

Pioneer Museum

Make Spring Break week both educational and fun for the entire family with three acres of interactive living history demonstrations. At the Pioneer Museum, located at 325 W. Main St. in Fredericksburg, you’ll learn how early German settlers spun wool, quilted, worked with metal and wood, made soap, and rope, cooked from a chuck wagon and much more.

Kammlah House

Special guests include members of the Lakota Sioux Indian tribe, complete with tipi. Activities vary daily during Spring Break through Saturday, March 19. These activities are free with regular museum admission during regular museum hours. For more details, call 830-990-8441 or visit www.pioneermuseum.net.
